My wacky sleep schedule makes this posting once a day thing sort of tricky. Technically I've posted once each of my days, but then I was up 30 hours in a row yesterday, and slept in today, so...yeah. I'm just gonna do two days in one!

Day 08 → A photo that makes you angry/sad
Day 09 → A photo you took
Day 10 → A photo of you taken over ten years ago

Day 13 → A fictional book
Day 14 → A non-fictional book
Day 15 → A fanfic

Day 20 → A hobbie of yours
Day 21 → A recipe
Day 22 → A website
Day 23 → A YouTube video
Day 24 → Whatever tickles your fancy
Day 25 → Your day, in great detail
Day 26 → Your week, in great detail
Day 27 → This month, in great detail
Day 28 → This year, in great detail
Day 29 → Hopes, dreams and plans for the next 365 days
Day 30 → Whatever tickles your fancy

Since the first several were "your favourite ____" I decided to continue in that vein for my free pick on the 6th day, and name my favourite play! I'm a huge theatre geek and have been in a bunch of shows, and when I lived in NYC, I went as often as I could afford.

My favourite play is sort of a tie between "Waiting for Godot" and "The Persecution and Assassination of Jean-Paul Marat as Performed by the Inmates of the Asylum of Charenton Under the Direction of the Marquis de Sade," but I also love "The House of Blue Leaves" (quite, quite different from "The House of Leaves" though sometimes I get the titles confused in my head, especially since, in the House of Leaves, the word "house" is always printed in blue ink, lol) and "Pablo Picasso at the Lapin Agile."

My favourite musical is "Cabaret," though "Phantom of the Opera" held the honour for many, many years. I love "Chicago," too, but that has a lot to do with the choreography by the fabulous Bob Fosse. Incidentally, I pretty much hate all the movie versions of these musicals, though at least Phantom is pretty to look at *shrug*

A picture that makes me happy...

Muse asleep on the couch in the most awkward position ever to accommodate our spoiled pets. Tell me it doesn't make you smile, too :D
