So, I bought a brand new 360 for about 70 dollars on Friday. Sometimes, working at Target has it's benefits. So, I bought a bunch of new games--Resident Evil 5 (my whole reason for buying a 360 in the first place), Left 4 Dead, Dead Space, Fable II, plus all my favourites from my X-box--Knights of the Old Republic I and II, Fable, Prince of Persia, and Jade Empire, are all backwards compatible. I'm gonna keep my x-box anyway, because I don't think I'd get much for it.
So, does anyone have any suggestions for games I might like? KotOR I and II, and Resident Evil (particularly the original and 4, though 5 is fucking epic so far) are my favourite games. As well as those mentioned above. So, yeah, I like 1st and 3rd person shooters, the scarier the better, and RPGs with highly interactive worlds. Obviously for either the 360, or Wii. I'm starting to get into the option of playing Game Cube games on my Wii--went ahead and got the GC version of Resident Evil 2.
Obviously all the games I've already got are going to take a while to work through, but the local game place is having a buy 2 get 1 free on used games right now, so I want to take advantage of it while I can. So tell me about your favourite game and why I should try it, too. And if someone can finally sell me on either Zelda or Final Fantasy, I'm sure you'll win some sort of prize.
