Pete Poll -- No Means No
Feb. 10th, 2009 06:23 pmActually, well, I didn't make a poll. Just respond with what you think.
During the concert, Pete was going through a list of words that he'd learned in Japan. He said the second time he came, he learned だめ (dame), which literally means "useless" or "no good" but when it was said to him no doubt meant "that's bad! Don't do that!" Dame said to foreigners usually means they're doing something they totally, totally shouldn't.
So, my poll is, what did Pete do to learn dame. I'm writing fic. My first all FOB one. I was inspired by the concert.
Here I am with Hey Monday...The boys were so hot and nice. I should really learn their names. Surfer dude (far right) was by far the sweetest and I got to chat with him while I taught double pierce boy (far left) how to count in Japanese. You can kinda see the shirt I bought that night. IDK if it is the same merch they'll be selling in America, but if so I hope they have different sizes because I got the largest and it barely fit me, when I usually wear a small or medium in American concert merch.
