Jun. 1st, 2011 06:29 amOkay, so I'm alternating between feeling sick and discontent and downright miserable, and I keep trying to snap out of it, but it never lasts for more than a few minutes before something reminds me, ugh. But this morning I got emails for my details on the Panic! meet and greet, and then I got my post from BBB w/my extras, and that's helping a LOT.
My art is so awesome, just how I imagined, and I would go on and on about it, but I'll save that for when I post it :D The mix looks cool--I haven't got to listen to it yet, but it's a nice mix of songs I haven't heard by artists I like + new artists, which I love--maybe my favourite thing about BBB is all the new music I get to discover. So, yay! Also, posting date is VERY soon, so w00t. I am a tad bit nervous because I originally thought people wouldn't need to have read the other fics for this one to make sense, but as I was going through for my final draft, I realised there were some mentions of Frank's previous visit to the Panic! boys, and a few other things here and there. Not that the fic making sense is predicated on having read the others, but that readers might not entirely get the whole picture?
I mean, obvs. I'm going to link to the other ones, but I'm worried new readers might not want to read it if it means they'd have to read other fics, too. Though, really, the only one they'd really NEED to read would be Standing Right Outside Your Door. IDK IDK. I fail, apparently. Anyway, if you wanna reread the others before I post mine, I'd suggest doing it before the weekend's out *hint hint*
I'm also so excited to see who I made mix/art for. I sincerely hope they appreciate my efforts. I'm certainly not a good artist, but I really put a lot into these pieces, and I hope they find them worthy of what they've written.
How about every else? Satisfactory posting date? Cool new music? AMAZING art? Or did you just get to meet Panic!?
