Awesome :DDD Brendon as a domestic goddess is definitely a tickle in the brain, and I love his relationship with his kids.
'Secret Life' (complete story here (http://www.all-story.com/issues.cgi?action=show_story&story_id=100)) is by James Thurber, one of my favorite American short story writers. It was also a movie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0039808/) starring the late, great Danny Kaye. Definitely worth reading and watching if you have the time, and I will be checking out American Dreamer XD
